Project Overview

Melanotect is a comprehensive skin cancer detection system combining AI analysis with user and detection management tools along with integrated consulation chatting. The system allows users to upload skin lesion images, receives AI-powered preliminary analysis, and connects patients with dermatologists.

Problem Statement

Early detection of melanoma significantly improves survival rates, but access to dermatologists is limited in many regions. Melanotect aim to bridges this gap by providing instant AI analysis while maintaining a connection to medical professionals for verification and follow-up.

My Contributions

I'm part of the mobile development (consists of two people) basically integrating backend (myself only) to the mobile app and add features and UIs and backend development focusing on the AI middleware and managed deployment of both web and mobile platforms. Other than that I also manage the deployment of the whole project to Vercel (all of the backend, except Socket.io), Github Pages (model), and CPanel (Socket.io and frontend) and I also help some of the work of the Website dev team in fixing the UI, and implementing features
